TOP is a global, data-driven integrated marketing agency with a variety of clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Since 2017 I have been brand manager, creative director, and lead designer for a variety of projects including client campaigns, internal platforms, internal comms and sales materials.

In addition to leading design and creative teams, I worked directly with our CEO to develop the brand strategy, identity, and expression for TOP and its sub agencies like PR Hacker. I oversaw brand identity for web, internal communications, and especially sales materials.

At this time I manage 100% of sales material production for potential clients. Because the TOP Agency Network spans multiple verticals and disciplines, I developed a scalable, highly templated production process using a relational database. I coordinated with all parties involved in production — including the sales, content, web, influencer, and PR teams. By leveraging this process we were able to consistently produce 7-9 custom proposals for new business per week, with a win rate above industry average.
